In 2015 our client, Emirates REIT, took ownership of a large iconic building, situated within a prominent financial district within the UAE.
DLSM Studio’s brief was to devise a retail and F&B strategy, complimented by an interior design concept, for the retail podium of the building.
The scope of work included; Strategical Positioning, F&B Direction, Master Planning, Concept Design, Detail Design and Architecture.
